Founded in 2005 by Music Edupreneur, Pimnatthika Angkanajerathiti, the Bangkok Academy of Music (BAM) has grown from a humble home studio into one of Thailand's premier private music academies. Serving the expatriate community of Nichada Thani and ISB, our core mission remains unchanged: to be “A Happy Home for Your Child's Music Education.”

Today, across our three locations, our team of professional instructors teaches a packed schedule of private lessons weekly, following the UK/US music education system. We know that maintaining this warm, inspiring environment for our students starts with supporting the artists who teach them.

Real music life is dynamic—filled with live concerts, rehearsals, recording sessions, touring, and pursuing master’s studies. We understand that balancing a career as an active artist or educator requires flexibility and support.

We created our private BAM platform as a warm, low-pressure space for Thailand’s top music graduates, performing artists, and production professionals. It is an exclusive community where we uplift one another, share substitute teaching opportunities when schedules clash, collaborate on professional creative projects, and grow together.

Who We Are Looking For
Music graduates majoring in performance, pedagogy, audio production, or music technology.

1. Freelance Educators (Piano, Woodwinds, Brasswinds, Strings, Drums, Guitars, Vocal, and Music Theory):
   Kind, patient, and highly skilled teachers across all disciplines. As a freelance educator at BAM, you embody high professional integrity, exceptional responsibility, and strict punctuality—arriving ahead of your scheduled time is non-negotiable. You are a naturally happy person who radiates positive energy into the studio every day. Understanding that young learners sometimes have bad days, you cultivate a safe, nurturing environment that protects their emotional well-being with warmth and patience. Above all, you are a respectful team player dedicated to uplifting those around you, ensuring that our students, staff, and community—including yourself—reach our highest potential together.

2. Audio Engineers & Video Producers:
   Tech-minded professionals who excel at setting up live sound systems, managing recording spaces, and handling audio/video mixing and mastering for student showcases, exams, and professional studio projects.

3. Action & Project Team Members:
   Dynamic, adaptable team members ready to collaborate on special productions, events, and outreach projects across Thailand and internationally.

4. Active Performers & Postgraduates:
   Artists balancing active concert schedules, touring, or advanced degree studies who want a stable, respectful teaching home that honors their creative commitments.
